Fits the iPhone 12 Pro Max. It does not fit the iPhone 12 Pro, which has a smaller camera bump, or the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini. Check your model in Settings > General > About.

This part is glass only. Choose it when the metal bezel around the cameras is straight and undamaged. If the bezel is bent or scraped, a lens with bezel is a better choice, as a new glass will not sit flat in a damaged frame.
