iPhone 11 charging port flex with main microphone compatibility
Fits the iPhone 11. It does not fit the iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max, which have their own bottom flex designs. Check your model in Settings > General > About before ordering.
How to tell if your iPhone 11 needs a new charging port
- Try a second cable and charger to rule out an accessory fault.
- Clean the port first with a non-metal pick, as pocket lint packed into the Lightning socket is a common cause of charging faults.
- If the cable feels loose, falls out, or only charges at an angle after cleaning, the port itself is worn and this flex is the fix.
What you need to fit it
Professional installation is recommended. Screens and small parts are delicate, so we recommend having this part fitted by a qualified repair technician. Damage caused during fitting is not a product fault.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit the iPhone 11 Pro?
No. This flex fits the iPhone 11 only. It does not fit the iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max, which have their own bottom flex designs.
Will this fix my microphone problem?
If callers cannot hear you, or voice notes sound muffled, and the fault is the bottom microphone, yes. Also check the microphone mesh for dirt before replacing any parts.
What does the white colour mean?
The colour is the finish of the visible port area at the bottom of the phone. Choose white if it is the closest match to your iPhone 11 frame; it works the same as the other colours.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day from Manchester.
