Compatibility
Fits the iPad Pro 12.9-inch 2nd generation (2017) only, model numbers A1670, A1671 and A1821. It does not fit the 1st generation (2015) iPad Pro 12.9 or any 12.9-inch iPad Pro from 2018 onwards. Check your model in Settings > General > About, or read the model number printed on the back of the iPad, before ordering.
Fitting tips
- Power the iPad off and warm the edges of the old screen to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the glass with a suction handle and work picks around the edge slowly.
- Disconnect the battery before unplugging the display and digitiser flex cables.
- Test the new screen before sealing, then fit new adhesive and press it down evenly.
