Compatibility
Fits the iPad Pro 12.9-inch 1st generation (2015), model numbers A1584 and A1652. It does not fit the iPad Pro 12.9-inch 2nd generation (2017), which uses a different display, or any iPad Pro 12.9 from 2018 onwards with the slim-bezel design. Check your model in Settings > General > About, or read the model number printed on the back of the iPad, before ordering.
What you need to fit it
- A heat pad or heat gun to soften the screen adhesive around the edge.
- Thin plastic picks and a suction handle to lift the old display.
- New screen adhesive strips for a clean, dust-free seal on refit.
- Patience with the display connectors: disconnect the battery before unplugging any flex.

No. The 2nd generation (2017) uses a different display assembly. This screen suits the 2015 model only.
Is the LCD and digitiser already joined?
Yes. The touch glass and LCD come together as one assembly, so you only need to swap the complete front unit.
Will my iPad show a message about the screen?
iPadOS may show a notice that the part could not be verified. This is normal for a non-Apple replacement display and does not stop the screen or touch from working.
