Compatibility
Fits the iPad Air 3 (2019) and iPad Pro 10.5" (2017). It does not fit the iPad Air 2, iPad Air 4 or the iPad Pro 9.7", which use different charging port flexes. Check your model in Settings > General > About, or read the A-number printed on the back of the iPad.
Is it the port or the cable?
Before you open the iPad, try a different cable and charger and gently clear any lint from the port with a non-metal pick. If it still will not charge, only charges at an angle, or is not seen by a computer, the charging port flex is the likely fault and this part is the fix.
