Compatibility
Fits the Apple iPad 2 (A1395, A1396, A1397). It does not fit the iPad 1, iPad 3 or iPad 4. Check the model number (for example A1395) printed in small text on the back of your iPad, or look in Settings > General > About.

Warm the edges, lift the glass slowly and watch the Wi-Fi antenna near the home button. Transfer the home button and bracket, test touch before sealing and use fresh adhesive strips for a flat finish.

Will this fit an iPad 3?
No. The iPad 3 has a different connector. This digitiser is for the iPad 2 only.
Do I need a new LCD as well?
Only if your picture is damaged. If the image is clear under the cracked glass, the digitiser alone fixes it.
What do I need to fit it?
Professional installation is recommended. Screens and small parts are delicate, so we recommend having this part fitted by a qualified repair technician. Damage caused during fitting is not a product fault.
