How to replace iPhone 14 Pro Max back glass
Power the phone off and remove the internal parts that sit behind the glass. Remove the broken glass with a laser machine, or with heat and a scraper, then clean off all old adhesive. Dry-fit the new cover, apply adhesive, press it into place and clamp it while it sets.
